Privacy

We collect as little as we can. You can use the calculator without an account.

Photos

When you upload a photo, we send it to an AI vision service to read the hallmark and estimate the weight, then discard it. We don’t store your photos.

What you type

Hallmark, weight and chat questions are processed to give you an answer. Chat questions are sent to an AI service together with a short summary of the piece you entered.

Clicks to buyers

When you click through to a buyer, we record which buyer, the purity, weight and estimated value, so we know which buyers are useful. We don’t record your name or contact details.

Price alerts

If you ask for a price alert, we receive your email, your target price and a short description of your piece through Web3Forms, a form delivery service. We use it only to send that alert, then delete it. Reply to any email to be removed.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits. We don’t sell personal data.
